  7. I'm really missing not eating, especially when I have to cook dinner for my guys every night. This liquid diet is satisfying, BUT, I miss eating! Can't I just have mashed potatoes or noodle soup, help!!
  8. I was sleeved on Tuesday the 4th and feeling pretty ok, aside from needing to practice how to sip without swallowing alot of air. Any tips on how to achieve this, because the gas pains are a killer.
