How to deal being at a bbq without being prepared with some type of yogurt, I'm still on the pureed foods, need 3 more days for solid

I agree. My place of employment held a BBQ 3-4 weeks after my surgery. I was still on soft foods. I had BBQ ribs and chicken. Passed on everything else. The ribs were super soft so I chewed them really good and just kind of played with the chicken to make it look like I was eating it!
