  2. I hear you, like I said..my dogs helped! Lol Really the spinach wilts down to nothing, & I love tomatoes!

  4. Just had the easiest, yummiest meal! Took about 3-4 Oz of rotisserie chicken chopped, a handful of fresh spinach & 3 cherry tomatoes & sauted for a few minutes in EVO! Around 150 calories & 28g of protein! Easy & yummy! (must confess, my dogs helped me finish the chicken!) lol
  5. I agree with newat52 said...it's for the others too...the ones that have supported you through the process! When I got my ADN, I walked for my family because I was the only college graduate! With my BSN & MSN it was in support of my fellow classmates! Now...my girls do tell me if/when I finish my PhD they refuse to go to yet another of my graduations...but we will see!! Lol :-P

  8. I did, I graduated with my BS degree in August (earlier then the students I was attending with) & went back the next May to walk with my friends that I had made during the program. I really didn't want to either, but they all wanted me to...after it was all said & done I was glad I did!

  15. Hey, I'm right there with you! Had surgery 12/17 & down about 35 lbs now. Like Tink said...as Long as the scales moving! I know...it sure is hard to hear all these wonderful stories about 75lb loss in 3 mo...but we all loose differently! Just hang in there!

  18. It depends on if your self pay or insurance. Self pay is usually pretty quick, insurance...well, it just depends on your ins requirements! You WILL lose weight...there's no way you can't! Now...how much depends on how will you follow your dr's advice. Remember..the sleeve is just a tool, you have to use it as such! Good luck!

  20. I've eaten out several times....I just enjoy talking & always get a to go box! No one has ever questioned how little I eat...maybe because I distract them with talking! Lol

  22. The pain meds slow things down, not unusual to not have BM for awhile..ur not really eating! Can't help with the pain...I had very little, but I would think would resolve soon. Good luck!
