  2. Woohoo! You go girl! I love shopping in my closet & wearing clothes I haven't worn in years....but I think I will enjoy buying a whole new wardrobe even more!,
  3. I took mine after surgery with no problem!
  4. I eat between 500-700 cal per day, I have Never gone over 800 on a bad day. & I have increased my Protein to between 70-90 g/day. But my surgeon also told me he wasn't concerned about calories, just eat healthy. I use MFP for my own accountability & to keep track of my protein!
  5. All I can say is mine did!! :-D
  6. So you indulged.....we ALL do! It's only human! Now, throw them out & continue on! The biggest thing is you realized that you were headed in the wrong direction...unlike previous times!! I say that's a NSV!
  7. Gas X strips do not help with the gas inserted in your tummy for surgery...only walking will help get it out! But, they ARE amazing for the gas we get in our tummy! For me, that didn't come until after I was home a couple of days.
  8. Actually none! I even accused my dr of not doing the surgery! Lol
  9. I heard it was in the Science bldg....do you know what class??
  10. Me too...but I ran out last week, so had to buy some at SAMs. Wish they'd have another sale!! They taste yummy, like chocolate milk
  11. Have you tried the premier shakes? 160 cal, 30g protein
  12. I totally agree. I Do keep a Premier Protein Bar with me...but only for emergencies when I feel my sugar drop...& I NEVER eat the whole bar....just a couple of bites & I'm good!
  13. I have had them a few times, but I try & stay away...too many carbs for me.
  14. What about the protein bars? Premier has one with 30g of protein & their great! But then, I like the Premier shakes too...so not sure if you would like them??
  15. It does list them on the iPad version though.
  16. Sorry, you right...all I can get is the graft, it has #'s but not specific weights for each entry. :-(
  17. Oh, I see..let me play with it a minute
  18. The home screen...there's a top tab that says summary, daily & weekly. Then under that it has the day & date...& arrows to the left & right
  19. On the top where the day is..just use the arrow to the left & arrow over.
  20. I want someone to install one of those handle things on the top of my head so I can just turn it every so often & pull everything up a little tighter! :-/
