My recommendation is to take some pics and post them. let others tell you how great you are doing. this really helped me. Good luck!!

Hey, I'm right there with you! Had surgery 12/17 & down about 35 lbs now. Like Tink said...as Long as the scales moving! I know...it sure is hard to hear all these wonderful stories about 75lb loss in 3 mo...but we all loose differently! Just hang in there!
