  1. Because obesity is an illness, just like Any other illness...& requires treatment! Some people just need help, it's NOT just a matter of will power!
  2. You don't want to eat until your "full"... If u feel full, it's too late! Stop once the hungry feeling is gone...then u should be ok. It will get better!
  3. Wow..56g of protein! Mine only has 20
  4. I've only had about 42g of protein...think I should try & squish in a protein shake??
  5. Like they said...you did it before, you CAN do it again! Your going to have to kick yourself in the butt again & remember what the sleeve can do! But it IS only a tool....you have to stop the grazing on crap & get back to focusing on protein first! That new baby needs you & deserves a happy, healthy momma! Good luck! & keep us posted!

  7. Day 2, breakfast -1egg, lunch-tuna, dinner-ground turkey patty with cheese & spinach. Still working on the water! :-/
  8. I'm with Dean! & I soooo wanted to avoid that "dumping syndrome"!!! Sleeve has been perfect!

  11. My daughter experienced similar symptoms when she tried the Atkins diet....she couldn't handle all the protein & low carbs. When she added some carbs she was fine. I don't know if that's what's happening with you, but thought I'd throw it out there anyway.

  17. DOS 253, 12/17/12. This morning 225.4. Breakfast egg with cheese, lunch tuna, snack almonds, dinner will be chicken & spinach. I'm over 1/2 done with my water! :-)
  18. I found a 32oz bottle..just gotta drink 4 right? :-/ I don't eat seafood...so it's going to be chicken & turkey for me!

  20. Yes! I am doing the same thing..."shopping" in my own closet! My hubby laughs at me as I truck across the house to the guest room closet for a "new" outfit! I have to admit...it IS fun! But I can't wait until I have to go out shopping for real!! :-)
