Wow, congratulations on such a huge weightloss in 2 months....whatever you are doing is working...Dam! My nut says to eat up to 900 cals a day between 6-8 weeks post op...I sometimes eat a little more and losing an average of 3.5 lbs a week. Kim Ster reacted to steelergirl in wine at 6 weeks anyone?
I'm noticing people are thinking they have doctorates in medicine since getting sleeved ..lol. I drank twice. It was my version of a sugar free daqari ..with little vodka..no problem..drank it slow. But I'm no doctor..that's just what I did..and it was under 100 calories and I don't think I am a failure because.of it. I like to enjoy my journey ..this doesn't mean I'm going to turn into a alcoholic
Lmao

Kim Ster reacted to Barisaxylady in wine at 6 weeks anyone?
I had my first glass at about 4 weeks out and I did fine. Fortunately (or unfortunately depending how you look at it) my sleeve is very tolerant of a lot. Everybody is different. I look at it this way, I need to learn how to enjoy everything in moderation. I've denied myself food, drink, etc in the past just to go overboard at a later time. Having a glass of wine on occasion to me is learning how to enjoy in moderation.

Kim Ster got a reaction from HalfTheWoman in Rapidly Gaining Weight 2 Years Post Op Sleeve Surgery
Well grab the bull by the horns, get back on the wagon, you havent gained enough to freak out. Just go back to the basics......protein first, eating slow, you know the drill. You are only human.....and imperfect. If you let it go farther then you could be in real trouble, nip it now!
You got this!

I am a slow loser too.............I dont mind because I am in this for the rest of my life. If you lose slower, you will have less saggy skin and min hair loss...............look at it that way.
