  1. I hear ya! I had the early schedule too, had to be at the hospital at 5:30. Congratulations, I wish you the very best.
  2. I'm a singer, although, none of my family thinks so, they keep turning the radio up.:cry The singing will probably be good for a speedy recovery, JMO.
  3. :clap2: Congratulations, that will be a great day to be banded, it was my hero's birthday....my dad.
  4. I love your attitude, a woman with a mission, you go girl! (((((( BIG HUGS)))))))
  5. What will they think of next? By the way, if you're pb'n chunks, you're taking way too big a bites. I've been overfilled before and if you're already having problems unfilled, I'd think twice about the fill.
  6. Your regular doctor may not be familiar with the band, but should know if there's an infection or not. Good luck!

I was a little confused, I don't remember the guy that hung himself. Where'd that baby come from that Tony's sister was holding? I had read on the Soprano site that Tony's dad was losing it, which was an understatement, LOL.
  8. Hope everything goes as planned, good luck!
  9. What was the problem with your throat? Would you please elaborate?
  10. I doubt the doctor would do the surgery at this point, (assuming you tell him upfront about your band). I had a reduction 20 yrs ago and it wasn't that bad. I called the ps Friday, but wasn't sure which doctor I wanted to use, so I didn't make the appt. I want to get the reduction and tummy tuck done at the same time, along with the eye lids. Hey, if you're gonna be in pain, may as well make it worth your while, LOL. I've noticed much more back pain since I lost the weight, not as much fat to hold em up I guess.
  11. Tell your baby my only regret with the band is that I was not as fortunate as she is to have the band at such a young age. She'll be able to enjoy the rewards of the weight loss for years to come.
  12. What are the symptoms if there were problems???? Jenna the poll lady!
  13. OH MY, I can eat a plate of salad, a big plate at one time. For lunch today, I had a Wendy's side salad and chili, ate the whole thing, without a pb or a problem. Do I need a fill. After being tooooo tight once, I'd rather be a little loose than too tight.
  14. I had a mini tuck done 10 years ago, I'm trying to get the nerve up to do it again, along with a breast reduction, 2nd one. If I chose to get it done, I want the breast, tummy, and eyelids all done at the same time. If I'm gonna be in pain, may as well make it worth while.
  15. I was told 60, which I did the first 3-4 months. I've really slacked off and guess what, so has my weight loss, maybe we're onto something here.
  16. I totally agree with rmom, but if you're just out of Lane Bryant, you may want to try the 14W for that little extra give. Silhouettes even has a 12W, which also provide a little extra with style. Congratulations on your NSV.
  17. Big hugs, thinking about ya girl, I hope answers are in your near future, you deserve some answers.
  18. Weird, really weird. Can't remember what color my hairs is or was when I had surgery, and does it mean your natural or your color at the time or surgery, LOL.
  19. Paula, maybe we need to just kick each other's a$$, with the new removals going on here today, we should be thankful we've still got our band and try to work more with it, rather than working against it, speaking for myself of course. No bad choices tomorrow...none, ya here me!
  20. JoAnn, I'm sorry your may have to shorten your time with the band. It's sad, but with all the removals lately, I can't help but think I'll be next, no reason, just because...it can happen to any of us at any time. Hugs!!!
  21. I'm so sorry your band journey has ended this way. Please stay with us and be a part of this family, with or without your band, we're all in this together. Hugs Sweet Lady!
  22. I'm thrilled for you, plus you don't have to be there until 7:30, I had to be there at 5:30 AM...eeeek! I wish you luck.
  23. :clap2: :clap2: CONGRATULATIONS ON A JOB WELL DONE :clap2: :clap2:
  24. You made it sound easy, but I'm sure it was a tough thing to do, I'm proud of you for taking the pride in yourself.
  25. Thanks Kathy, if I had it to do over, I'd get a smaller one so I'd have more counter space on one side, but since I don't cook the sink does make quite a conversation piece when visitors arrive, LOL. The idea with the vinegar is a good one, I'd take some vinegar in a spray bottle with a drop of dish detergent, (so the vinegar would stick to the rubber), shake it up, spray the rubber, then sprinkle baking soda on there and watch the magic foaming action. Just a thought.
