  1. I had problems with mine for about a year wearing anything tight against it.
  2. Welcome back! I'm glad to hear you caught it in time!:biggrin1:
  3. Good things come to those who wait! It really isn't that long to wait, and in the mean time, you can read up and study everything you can about the surgery.:biggrin1:
  4. You forget to put out a burning candle, and your house starts ablaze in the middle of the night. Unable to escape in a timely manner, you burn to death, trapped within your own home. Yikes, I burn candles all the time!
  5. Just popping in for a quickie:D :) Yesterday I posted a real long post, lost it all! Tonight I am working on some problems, then watching the Mav's play, and DH keeps yelling at me to come in there! I need to have some clones made of me! :) I haven't had a chance to read the posts so I can't comment on anything said today. I promise to catch up later! Hugs and sweet dreams to all of you!
  6. I agree, to keep rehasing the same stuff is only creating more problems. Let's move on to better topics.
  7. Awwww, you must have really been upset! Good thing you were among friends, they'll only tease you about it for years to come!
  8. Howdy Y'all! Just stopped to let you know I am still alive and kicking. I have just been so busy I had to ask my DH what day it was yesterday! I will try to catch up with y'all on the weekend. Kat - I think about you and DH daily, my prayers are with you. Keep us posted on how he is doing. Eileen - A party! Heck, I wished I lived closer, I would come and party with ya! Opps, I meant I would come and help you! Enjoy some of your time off today! Hello to everyone else, have a great day!
  9. Congrats to you! Read all you can and keep busy! It will be here before you know it!
  10. I can eat more in the evening too! I eat breakfast, and lunch, but still can eat more in the evening.
  11. I have been lucky, so far I haven't had to give up anything. I do not eat much bread, or rice, but that is only by choice because of the extra calories. Just remember just because you couldn't eat it before doesn't mean you still can't. I find it is a trial and error thing with my band, you just have to keep experimenting because it is so fickle!
  12. Welcome to LBT! It looks like you are doing great!:biggrin1:
  13. Welcome to LBT!
  14. Congrats! Now, that is one great NSV!:biggrin1:
  15. Welcome to LBT and to bandland!
  16. I have my own Harley and I love it! Therefore, Iluvharleys!
  17. I never had a fill that hurt, it is usually done and over with before I know it. Good Luck!
  18. About 4 months out, but it starts growing back in as it is falling out.
  19. Good Morning! I can't post to everyone this morning, but wanted to check in. Kat - Honey my heart goes out to you, I know this is very scary for you, but now days they replace that valve and things are great! I bet you they can go in and replace his too! My DM had one, but by the time they found out she was too old to have it replaced. My prayers are with you, and please keep us posted on him. Something must be in the air for all of us to be having problems with eating. I think I am eating everything that isn't nailed down. I have to stop, and I keep telling myself that but then I eat it anyway. UGH! Eileen - Great pictures Donna - Great pictures of you! You look great! OK, got to run, hugs to everyone!
  20. The first few weeks are more about healing than losing. I think either one of the popcicles would be fine. Yes, I did drink some grape and apple juice the first few weeks. Get some chicken and beef broth, some jello, and some protein drinks. I also drank coffee and tea, and crystal lite, maybe some flavored water. Good Luck!
  21. Good Luck, let us know how you are when you can!
  22. Congrats! Keep us posted! :nono:
  23. Happy Mother's Day Y'all! Even though I am a Mother, this is one day that I would like to omit from my calendar! I just miss my Mom so much, it brings more heartache than joy. I try though, and each year it does get a little bit better. Cindy, I am thinking about you today too! I have been cleaning house, (I try to keep busy) and doing some laundry. Maybe later we will go for a ride. We had planned to go back over to Harley and spend my certificate, but then I looked on their site and they are closed today, the nerve of them! :nanahump: :Banane41: I should go out and work in my flowers, but I am not too sure I am in the mood for it today. I have so many weeds to pull. But...........I picked my first ripe tomato yesterday! I can't wait to eat it on a good fresh salad! Yummmm! Sherry that is awsome that you weigh less now! You go girl! Anne - I can drink beer sometimes, but sometimes I can't. I just have to play it as it goes, try it, if it works good, and if it doesn't feel right, I stop. Usually when I have a cold frosty mug it works best. :Banane41: :Banane30: I bet your flowers are beautiful! So, how did the coffee cake taste, it sounds yummy! Eileen - What a nice present you gave yourself today! UGH! I don't have that problem anymore, and I am so glad! Hope you have a good time while visiting today! Well, good morning to everyone who hasn't posted, I'm off to finish the house so I can relax this afternoon. Have a great day!
  24. Welcome to LBT! My doctor had me use CIB, and I got along really well with that!
  25. I was a sef pay and I didn't have to do any of the tests. I had to have an updated blood test, and my yearly stuff done, which my PCP had so he faxed them over and that was it.
