Hi Rainbow, welcome to LBT!

I'm sure you can imagine just how many people in your shoes have asked that same question. There are lots of suggestions for Protein drinks, but the one I've heard tastes the best is Nature's Best Zero Carb Isopure drinks. They are whey protein which is the best for you, and they come premixed in bottles. They are clear and are fruit flavored, unlike the chalky powered mixes that leave horrid aftertastes. They are a bit more expensive, but you'll only need them for a few weeks. They contain 40 grams of protein per bottle, so you can drink half in the morning and the other half later in the day. (the body can only absorb so much protein at a time).

Now that I'm on regular foods again, I get all of my protein (70-100 grams per day) by eating fish and chicken.

Best of luck with your surgery and your lapband journey. Keep us posted on your progress. :)

Hi, I've tried the zero carb Isopure drinks from GNC and the only one i liked was the green one. the red one was awful.

Hope it helps.
