I have been gone for so long. I took the summer off to get to where I wanted to be. I have succeeded in that. I am a size 4, feel wonderfull and look good. If you look at my totals at the bottom of the screen they are not updated, I will do that soon. I just have not weighed. Hold on, and it will happen. Clothes say it all. So much has changed. Ya'll all need to calm down. LBT is for support. We are not going to agree on the same issues. But Delarla, and Susan have never gotten along. Have we all not enjoyed the difference in opion?. Let's move forward, take it all in stride, and be happy. Two of MY most favrorie people. Let them deal with it, and lets sit back and watch, and learn. Hopefully this means something, I am sure it won't. But look at what we are losing. Some very good people who really just cared about the board. Enough said. I love you all. if you remember me. mary

Barbara, I have learned to book the first appt. after lunch that is at 2:00. Then get there 30-45 min. early and then your in and out.

I have sent out Pm's to everybody that responded. We have less than five people coming. I think we should change the weekend till we can get more. I think it is a no show because of the hoilday weekend. What does the few that are coming think? Is it worth making dishes for so little?

Receive and provide support for Lap-Band This is what we are supppose to be doing. When I joined lapband talk everybody was so nice, now it seems there has to be sides to everything. Are we not all going through the same thing? We are all here to offer support with this thing in us, or not in us? We all have the same goal, we want to lose weight and look hot. So many different people have motivated me and have helped me along the way. So I think if somebody starts a thread, let them speak there mind without bad mouthing or making them feel bad for what they think or say. (This is not directed towards you Delara, you are one of the people that have helped me in more than one way). If my mother was on this board reading any of this, her first words would be.....If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all. (I learned something from you mom).
