  1. 1 mL or one milliliter
  2. The only decent one I've ever had was the one I had at the Hampton Suites in Boston.
  3. For what it's worth, you look fantastic. Seriously, though, I know what you're talking about. Sometimes when I look at myself in the mirror, I can't help but feel the same way. Chances are, though, it'll get better over time.
  4. I've found a food that I'm now obsessed with. Cajun spiced smoked salmon. Highly recommended!!!! Low fat, high Protein, carbs are almost non-existent!!!
  5. Hey everyone! I'm a guy, 23, and I've lost about 68 pounds so far. In the last part of December, I wrecked my sportbike, so I'm healing myself at home for the most part. Nice to meet everyone!
  6. It's about 53 degrees outside. I'm freaking freezing, Mr. Bigglesworth. haha.
  7. If your fill is not high enough, get another one. Once you hit where you're feeling the best, you'll lose more weight. Just take my word for it that giving up is not an option.
  8. Okay, DDR is kind of fun. haha. Seriously, though, you're just going to have to motivate yourself. The truth of the matter is that you can't not exercise. Just do it whether you want to or not and it will pay off in the end. I'm sorry to be blunt, but it wasn't till someone mentioned that to me that I actually put effort into changing my way.
  9. Maybe. It depends on who I can get to take me up there. At the moment, I can't really drive. haha. Unless you delightful people would like to make it a road trip.
  10. Be careful what you wish for. hahaha.
  11. When I first got to the office before surgery, I was 291 and right now I'm 223. I was wearing size 42 pants and now 36 is a little baggy. My upper body is a bit bigger than my lower body, but that will eventually go away so I'm not too worried. I'd like to get down to 190 to 200 depending on my body fat percentage. Pants-wise, I'm fairly happy with where I am, but if I go any lower, I'm not against it. My shirt-size should go down to a medium maybe. We'll see what the lifting starts to do. There ya go. :tt1:
  12. It is the most important thing and I completely agree. Here's my little thing, though. I'm so damn stubborn about these kind of things. I hate not going to the gym. Like today, for example, I have a gout attack in my left ankle/foot joint. Noooooo walkie. Paaaaain in the arse. No gym today. Crapnessnessness. Oh well. I'm really trying not to bitch about these certain things, but I really can't help it. I need to re-teach myself how to keep things in. Yarg.
  13. I can't do it more than once a week. It seems kind of useless, in my humble opinion.
  14. Just give it some time. Your motivation is going to kick in. It was really weird because it didn't come till my last fill. Yarg. haha.
  15. I'm not gonna lie, finding someone with the band wouldn't be too bad. hahaha. Plus, as the person before mentioned, it would be a little cheaper. haha.
  16. Does anyone want to form a support group? I can't find any other ones.
  17. I asked my band doctor about getting an unfill and he doesn't much seem to care either way. Hmmmmmm...
  18. I would ask your doctor about it, but keep in mind that everyone is different. I started working out normally after 3 weeks...
  19. I've been diving and I've had no issue, but no flying just yet.
  20. I'm doing something that's mildly close to Atkins, but the carbs are a tiny bit higher. I guess it's between that and South Beach. Highly recommended.
  21. I'm doing what I can! :welldoneclap: I'm at the gym around 3 times a week. Cardio, Lower body, Upper body, so I'm really taking it easy. I actually just got back from the gym not too long ago and I feel absolutely fantastic, so I'm incredibly excited!
  22. Hey guys! I'm back! I'm doing okay. I have double vision and some nerve damage in my right shoulder at the moment. The doctors say that it should go away in a few months so we're excited about that. Seriously guys, I can't thank you enough for keeping me in your thoughts. I have some friends and family that have stuck close, but it has been a little lonely the last few days since I've been home. Why? I have no idea. Anyway, to be completely honest, I lost an extra 20 pounds since then so I'm down to 232 right now. No complaints. haha.
  23. I've been hitting up the Muscle Milk lately. Yummmy. Other than that, eating a lot is hard.
