So I am having problems planning lunch. Since I can't have bread, rice or Pasta for 4 more months a sandwich is out.
What are you eating. I need some ideas?

Dot give up. I have tricare and I was approved. With tricare you have to have a certain bmi to be approved. Or have a higher bmi with an underlying condition such as high blood pressure.
Also make sure that your primary wrote it up right.

Tuesday I will be 6 weeks. The dr. Pushed my first fill to week 7 because of the holiday. But I can not believe I am already 6 weeks! I am -22. Will weigh in again on Wednesday. I have learned just how strong I really am. Overcoming stuff physical and mental. More mental than anything. I am really looking forward to kicking butt in the gym. Been kind of acared. Nothing but good things a head.

I have not been able to exercise in over a month. Today I was cleared to walk on the treadmill. Did 30 minutes and I was in heaven. So nice to get started!

Hang in there honey! My first night was the worst. Pain meds are key. Walking too if you can. I had a panic attack in the hospital. So I totally understand. We are here for you sweetie! You got this!

I am at a wedding rehearsal and they are eating my very favorite Mexican food! I am sitting with my Protein Shake 2 oz and trying to distract myself. I got this.

I was banded on the 9th. Still on clears. Follow up tomorrow and hoping to go on full liquid/mushies soon. A girl can only take so much chocolate Protein shakes.
Recovery has been great. Still sore at a few incision sites. Have lost 15 pounds since the 4th when I went on pre op

Started full liquids today. Got to have cheddar cheese Soup with some taco season. Never thought it would be so good to have a "normal" meal!

Ok y'all. None of my info says when I can have a salad. Lettuce, cucumber and chicken. When can I have a salad??

Oh my beloved band, I love you so very much. Please forgive me for upsetting you. I was so hungry and wasn't thinking about what I was doing. I ate 2 big bites way too fast without chewing enough, it was a mistake and you let me know it immediately. I am so very sorry, I just want you to forgive me so we can go back to being friends.
How long are you going to punish me? I'll do anything you want, liquids, mushies, anything for as long as you need. Just please let me eat.
I promise to try harder, to keep you happy by following your rules. I will take care of you as best as I can. I might slip up now and then, but I know you will let me know my mistakes, you will punish me. And if I continue I will have to pay the ultimate mistake and loose you. I don't want that, I love you and I know you love me too.
