Start My Pre Op Diet Today

So I start my pro op diet today surgery is Oct 29th. They want me to eat veggies (no starchy though) and 4-6 oz of meat for the next 2 weeks. Eek im starting to freak now!!

    Hey guys had surgery today on my way home. Everything went good.

  • Freak out! It keeps the energy up. I am on day 8 pre op and lost 6 pounds. I doing good because my family is really supportive. It will get better, You can do this! We are here for you.

Hey guys had surgery today on my way home. Everything went good.

How are you doing today??

I'm doing pretty good. My stomach is really sore but I think that's because I have been doing to much. Can only eat a sugar free jello cup and I'm full same with drinking a cup of beef broth but that's good I guess.
