Energy drinks

So can we have them? We have xs energy drinks at my gym and they were my fave pre op. they are no sugar, 8 calories.

So yes or no?

8 cal no sugar I don't see why not, unless a lot of caffiene which is a diuretic and dehydrate you. If so, drink twice as much water.
