Lunch

So I am having problems planning lunch. Since I can't have bread, rice or Pasta for 4 more months a sandwich is out.

What are you eating. I need some ideas?

    I eat a lot of chili. I also buy stouffers frozen dinner. The chicken and mashed pot is only 220 calories and I add a vegetable

    My go to lunch is a small can of tuna mixed with fat free caesar dressing, 6 wheat thins and a mini container of fat free cottage cheese.

    I often have lunch meat, cheese, some crackers. Sometimes I have a salad with some chicken but I usually take in more calories with that.
