  2. Hi I just had my first fill on October 5th and only 2cc were put in there my Dr. said he would do a second fill 2wks from that unless I was doing ok but doubt it. Why he is doing it in small dosis I do not know but thnakfully this is man I have complete trust in. Before my first fill I was getting hungry every 2 hrs after the first fill well i'm not hungry all the time but one more than a cup definately fits do I eat more than that? I try really hard not. I don't. and part of it is because I know I'll eat three hours later ( i'm doing a 30 day challenge that requires me to eat evry 3 hrs) eat you cup of food and drink alot of water to make uf for the hunger that will carry you through and eat every 3 hrs like a snack string cheese, or a few almonds or something make it a healthy choice and definatly call your doctor and see about another fill =)
  3. As far as I know sometimes we lose inches instead of weight and as weird as it sounds thats actually normal, kind of frustrating in a weird kind of way because if our clothes fit better well then whats the problem right? but I guess or at least for me I want to see the numbers. What i'm about to do is buy myself a tape measure and see how many inches I lose that way I know if I'm making any kind of progress when that happens =)
  4. Omg!!! Congratulations how exiting!!!!! I still have a long way to go and hopefully I live to see that day were the scales marks less that 200lbs. I'm aware that I don't know you but I am really proud of you =) I'm doing a happy head dance for you =)

sweetie maybe the reason was you had heavier clothes on, and you probaly had already eating breakfast as well and it's adifferent scale so don't freak out ok

Hi there, sorry if the post it's too long but I can totally relate or not if that makes any kind of sense lol!! I too have been obese since I was five I'm about six weeks post-op and including my two weeks pre-op I have lost a total of 42lbs =) Ok well since my highest weight was 445lbs I knew it was going to take at least 100lbs fo rpeople to notice it because I was just too big. This year i've been hiding and not going ut that much because I did no tliked what I saw. In the mean time I got bigger so some people if they see me they probably wont see a difference cause I'll look the same since they last saw me. People in my daily life and that know about it ( cause not alot op people know about it) look out for those difference and sometimes I think they are just trying to be nice. So to make story short ( well shorter lol) I'm documeting my journey on Youtube and even with nice comments and my clothes fiiting better ect. It still took me 10 videos to really see what my family claim to see in my face at least Ifinally saw it 2 days ago =) I want the pat on th eback too but then again i'm so insecure that I don't believe people. Anyway why don't you try documenting you weight loss jouney on youtube, or here in the photo section or if you are not cofortable with that so a picture scrapbook for yourself do it like every 10lbs or so or what ever you choose even better do it with the same clothes so you can see the differnce. Hope this helps =) and if you or anybody else have a youtube Channel I invite you to subcribe to my channel I would really apprciate it, an dimf not you can just watch my videos that cool too. I'll leave the link to my last video. Have an awsome day! =)
  8. when you get stuck give ketosis a go its only 3 days sweetie, totally healthy and it shocks you body you lose a few lbs in the process and then it gets your body going again I learned from this nutritionist. now I only lost 7lbs in 3 weeks and I freaked out I did Ketosis and lost 5lbs from wednesday morning til saturday morning =) and I'm hoping my body is back in track again and i'll keep losing now that i'm off kitosis. IF you dont now what ketosis is look it up or I'll be more than happy to tell you how to do it. No pills, or expensive food or products like some people think.
  9. Thanks! Really this makes me really happy and it makes me have some peace of mind =) best of luck two the both
  10. Hi I went to my first Dr. appointment today i'm 2 weeks post-op and I only lost 12lbs. I confess I felt a little dissapointed becuase during my pre-op diet I lost 17lbs. In total I lost 29.4lbs in 30 days. Is this good? I'm I on track? or i'm I falling behind. Today the nurse who weighted me said "so 29lbs ok I'll take that" what the hell does that mean?
  11. Hi there, Well first congrats! seconf i'm 2 weeks post op and I was supposed to lose 22lbs thats 5% of my weigh during my pre-op diet and I only lost 17lbs. I confess I did cheat a couple of times =( ( not proud) I ate 5 chicken nuggets from wendys, one zip of coke, another day I ate a chicke wrap and one time I even ate some soup. Anyway I was allowed one lean meal a day so I shoud not have done that. After surgery my doctor told my family that he almost stopped the surgery because the liver was almost too big and almost unsafe to operate. I was only 5lbs under my pre-op goal weight and even he tough there wouldnt be an issue but there almost was. Best of luck to you tomorrow hope everything goes well for you. I invite you to see my journey on youtube. here is the link to my third video wich is my first day post-op
