Two Weeks Post-Op And Only Lost 12Lbs Is This A Good Number?

Hi I went to my first Dr. appointment today i'm 2 weeks post-op and I only lost 12lbs. I confess I felt a little dissapointed becuase during my pre-op diet I lost 17lbs. In total I lost 29.4lbs in 30 days. Is this good? I'm I on track? or i'm I falling behind. Today the nurse who weighted me said "so 29lbs ok I'll take that" what the hell does that mean?
