  1. Sounds like you irritated your esophagus and caused inflammation. You might need to stick with liquids & mushies for a few days. If it doesn't improve, your Dr is always the safe bet. Hope you feel better soon!
  2. Have you tried cooking your meats in a slow cooker? Cooking it all day with lots of veggies, then freezing them in little containers. Someone on this forum posted really good websites for recipes Skinnytaste.com & emilybites.com They had some wonderful recipes. I even made a Pinterest board to hold them all. Good luck!

  5. Thought & prayers to you and family! So sorry for your loss! I lost my Uncle 45yrs ago and I still miss him so much. Yes, I think the best thing you could do for yourself is go to the gym and work through your grief. Make your Uncle proud!!! You can do it!
  6. Welcome to LBT forum! I just finish my 6mths of hoop jumping. Being banded Oct 15. The time will go by really quick. I wasn't happy at first about waiting, but it turned out to be a blessing. It gave me 6mths to learn all that I could about the LB. It's not as simple as having surgery and weight just drops off. It takes work. This forum has been like an on line class for me. Lots of knowledge, inspiration & support. Best wishes on your WL journey! Post often!
