  4. So Sorry That Is Big!
  5. One on my foot top... memorial of pregnancy lost. Butterfly- representing change and growth day of my first fill. On my calf side. Fuzzy pic... I've never attached before, so hope this works?
  6. lol send me the 22's... my 26 and 24 are fallin' off! Congrats to all!
  7. Karey, may you soon feel at peace, with all the pre-op decision making. You are gonna' love it all---- after the pain goes away of course. Thinking of you!
  8. Stick tight to doctors orders pre-op, and you should go through this fine! Good luck and better health to you!
  9. tortillas on my enchiladas... cooked chips I can do, but it's enchilada NO tortilla for me!
  10. Every one is different... Mine is... normal foods before, liquids after, mushies next day. Small needle to numb the port site, bigger needle to do the fill, with floro/xray. No discomfort next day, just mushie foods. Never a big deal in my experiences- but others may say other.
  11. My very favorite dinner is ..... enchilada no tortilla! Breakfast usually a meal/shake. Lunch varies so much I don't have a favorite right now.
  12. OK now I'm listening.lol
  13. HI All, I am the mother of a 2 year old... Mazie. She keeps me busy. I started out needing to lose 200# and am over 1/2 way there. My mother has had tons of health issues this past year, and I am currently separated from my spouse. Life is hard- I'm getting used to it... BUT it is easier 100 pounds lighter.
  14. Thank you John. Tabitha - great to see you o here again. 37# lost? That's great, how do you feel? Kimberly(other Kimberly) - how are doing now that you are back to work? Debbie- what's that BMI looking like this week? Can't wait to see you at the meeting Monday night. Kathy and Hollygurl- let us know how the meeting/class goes for you. Great to see everyone, posting regularly! Spring is near! P.S. Mom is home, and tires easily, but she is doing OK. Thanks for thinking of us/her.
  15. Mary- clap clap clap.... way to go -feels great? Keep up the good choices!
  16. Welcome Kathy... looks like you will be at the class at the same time as Hollygurl. You may both get to meet each other! Good luck and keep us posted.
  17. I will be keeping good thoughts for "Dad"... and hope all becomes well. Congrats to you on your journey with getting a band. Please keep us all posted and up to date... on both of you.
  18. hahahaha- self disi... what? No -no self discipline here, or would not have been starring 400# in the face. lol Restriction is key, and some exercise. I am able to eat tons less than before, and be way more active. I do not follow all the rules, all the time. But I follow all the rules some of the time, and try to do better every day. I am a success one day, one choice, at a time. Before, I was always a failure -all day- everyday.
  19. 100# can come off in"no time"... just kiddin' But, I was banded April 2 -2007 and have lost 115# so far.... 200# to lose is/was overwhelming for me.... but as time goes on, and pounds drop off... it is much less overwhelming... and seems to feel quite realistic.
  20. great- I will continue to keep all in my prayers.
  21. 75# loss mile stone.... 2 pounds to go, and I was up at 9 pm baking a chocolate pecan pie... 100# loss mile stone... Christmas cookie day.... yes-I all too well, know of this self-sabotage! I was ready to hit 100 pounds lost for Christmas... had lost 97#, then it took- over 6 - weeks to lose 4 pounds!
  22. I would think solids or any other foods, right now could be very bad... any churning to get food digested could irritate the healing.
