  2. Exciting!!! They have so many!! You'll have a blast picking a pair. Oh and I LOVE their lotions and body mists!,they smell so good! Have fun ))
  3. I started out pre surgery 220 and on my day of surgery I was 200. I was sleeved on may 15th and by June 15th I was 175.. but I am still at 175 as of this morning July 8th. I know not to be sad but the mind works on you and tells u this is it , no more weight loss. But with that being said I am definitely looking forward to that darn scale moving again so I can say aha! I told you so! ( to myself) lol
  4. Just keep up with your fluids at home. Have someone with you to keep you up with your pain meds and liquids the first few days and to be with you to help you walk around and help you up and down etc. And call your Dr with any concerns. You should do fine with some home care from a loved one.
  5. You can use miralax for quite a while, many people stay on a dose a day as regular maintenance for constipation. I have been using milk of magnesia but I'm 7 weeks out now and I should switch to miralax or prune juice. This post was good as it reminded me.
  6. I think maybe a throat infection as well. Take your pain meds round the clock and give your Dr a call.
  7. Can I ask why you had a NG tube? Sounds like your doing good now, did the complications resolve?

I'd love to know as well. Between my hysterectomy, bladder surgery, hernia repair ( before wls) and now my sleeve surgery, I look like I was in a knife fight and I lost really bad. My stomach is an intersection and highways of scars
  9. You look amazing! I'm so looking forward to seeing some results like that!
  10. Oh that is right, you will get massive charges if you don't have an international plan. Good suggestion!
  11. Very excited for you! it will be here before ya know it and you're going to do great!!
  12. I miss chips and hot sauce when we go out to eat. It's hard to just sit there
  13. Watered down applesauce for low sugar
  14. You'll be fine but no more cheating
  15. Mine took forever and then he left and came back and took more! I even had to lay on my sides as well ugh I was worried too. But all was fine. I think they are just finding what they need and it can take time.
  16. That is awesome!!! Congrats!!!
  17. Welcome aboard Deb! My thoughts and prayers are with you on your journey! I'm glad you found this forum!
  18. My Dr was in the same hospital as my wls surgeon. It ended up they knew each other and my Dr very much respected the need for wls. He was smiling and happy for me. I was so relieved.
  19. I wonder if I should just pull them. I don't see my Dr until end of August. Eek I'm scared to pull. I must be a baby lol
  20. I have threads of stitches sticking out of all my incisions. Weird thing is, they are closed up with a stitch hanging out of each one. Shouldn't they be gone?
  21. I had rapid heart beat and it was dehydration. I wasn't getting in my full 64 oz. Which is very important.
  22. Oh gosh you and me both! I'm just hoping I can afford another surgery. But if I am healthier than I am now then I will still be so very happy!
  23. Hehe, mommys do have wings, its how we keep up with everyone
