Still Have Stitches At 7 Weeks

I have threads of stitches sticking out of all my incisions. Weird thing is, they are closed up with a stitch hanging out of each one. Shouldn't they be gone?

mine stayed in till about 4 weeks, than the nurse gave me the option to let my body dropped them or allow her to remove them. Since I didn't want to see them anymore I asked her to do it. She grabbed one end and gently pulled. They slid right off and I did NOT feel a thing.

I wonder if I should just pull them. I don't see my Dr until end of August. Eek I'm scared to pull. I must be a baby lol
