  4. You should be doing an ounce of liquid every 15 minutes. You need way more than 8oz 40 should be good for now. Try to get the ounce every 15.. its a chore but you need it!
  5. I think I'm still learning my sleeve. I'm trying to figure out what its telling me and exclude what my mind says its telling me. Does that make sense? I do have the strangest sensations going on, just have to figure out what they are Thanks everyone!!!
  6. At what point after your surgery did you realize you weren't hungry anymore? Excluding recovery or illness, but a general sense that your hunger had diminished.

  17. Henry is adorable! I've never had oysters but my thought was you just let me slide down... Once we have the sleeve we have to chew chew chew... Can you chew oysters?

  21. It takes time to adjust, you will be successful, I'm still adjusting but I remember all these same feelings that I read about through pre sleevers and just sleeved.. I'm only 8 weeks out but its so true .. time helps..pretty soon you will be on here helping someone cope..its a process and a journey. (((Hugs)))
