Was this the new hospital everyone keeps talking about?

I have out of network options. One department said it is and the other department said it wasn't, my employer is checking they are not sure. I am just waiting. New this week maybe.

The insurance company told me it was covered and my doctor. Then they said it was not covered. Then they said it was covered. Afer all the paperwork was done then they said it was not. Now they are looking into it. Bloodless surgery is procedures that are use that doesn't involve one taking blood from someone else. These procedure are more cost effective, has better results and recovery time, as well better health benefits. It was first use on Jehovah's Witnesses but after discoverying the long term positive effects many hosipitals are adopting and training in this field. Englewood hosiptal and JW.org both have very in dept videos on line explaining the several procedures more.

I am all set for surgery July 3rd and I am now being told my insurance may not cover it after they told us several times they do. I have NJ BCBS and I have to wait until my employer who is not sure or the insurance company who have conflicting answers get back to me this week. I am waiting and praying. I am now getting down and out. I wondering how can I come up with enough money to go to Mexico? I only go to hosiptal that are equip to perform bloodless surgeries. I am afraid the hosipitals in Mexico are not euipped enough if I have to go. Thank you for those who told me your Mexico experience. It was very comforting. I am just wondering what was the experience like in Mexico. What to expect from stepping off the plane , to hotel, to hospital, back to hotel to plane? What do you rember? Were you scared? How was the experience? Was there a lot of tourist?, Can your husband come and stay with you? I can't wait to read your experience please tell all!

There are several other procedures that takes the place of blood for bloodless surgery. I want to be extra careful. Bloodless surgery is being done on all reglions better recovery, low risk, and less chance of infection.

Anyone knows any bloodless surgery hosiptals in Mexico. I am suppose to have surgery July 3 but now I am not so sure. All of these months I was told NJ BCBS covers the surgery. Now no one sure. I wont know anything until Monday. I am trying to do research just in case. I really don't want to move my date if I have to self pay. I waited 6 months. I am out of school soon and I can't take days off in September.

My family insist on staying in NJ. Any suggestions?

I guess I can pass the time now. I was informed I may have to self pay. I have NJ BCBS and the are unclear if WLS is covered or not. I am staying hopeful because one department said it is covered and another department said it was not. My employer said they didnt know at all. Don't know what is going on first they said sleeve is not covered. Then it is covered did all paperwork and it is not covered? Now it is covered I am confused. My employer said " I don't know" Good thing benefit person said she is going to try and find out hopefully monday. My doctor said $60,000 for the sleeve. Seriously, who can pay for that? I think slower is better. It should stay off longer and it gives your body a chance to catch up
