Sweets and Sleeve don't mix!
That happened to me twice when I ate a bowl of cereal with splender and when I ate some sweet potatoe pie. I hated the feeling. I just opened up all the window because I was hot and sweaty. Then I slept it off. I am learning what not to do. Sorry hope you feel better.

Potassium
I had this condition with the lapband. I was sleeved July 3rd however, this condition can be very serious. I low potassium slows down your heart and gives you low blood pressure. Makes you weak and dizzy. I thought low blood pressure that's good right? It is the opposite of high blood pressure. You can have a heart attack because your heart can stop. I ended up in the ER and they not only gave me 2 potassium IV I had to take a bunch of potassium pill orally. It was the worst feeling.

Best Protein Shakes Ever!
Another one that I liked as my second choice was the OH Yeah! protein shake and protein bar. It has 18 grams of protein for an 8 oz bottle. I didn't care for strawberry a little after taste but vanilla and chocolate was okay. Not at great as the organic cafe mocha though. I am really excited I found something that I found something doesn't taste like medicine, has a chalky after taste or is totally gross.

Best Protein Shakes Ever!
I am offically one month out and down 23lbs. I found the most delicious Protein shake. OMG I was hating the taste of shake because I have been on them so long. I had a hital hernia repair which makes it harder for me to swallow right now. I hated every single shake I have tasted until dunt dunt dunnnnn. I tried an organic cafe mocha Protein Shake from the Vitamin Shoppe. I went their asked the employee which one he tasted that was the best. Oh yeah Protein Bar was always a favorite of mine. The Best shake ever Organic Cafe Mocha from the Vitamin Shoppe and whole foods ************** 100 stars if I could I could drink this shake all day. It has no caffeine, taste like ice coffee, is organic, and has 16 grams of protein. I am in heaven. OMG I am finally looking forward to Breakfast in the morning. If anyone is having a problem with shakes I highly recommend this shake. I purchased all of them from the vitamin shoppee.

Stomach
After surgery my whole entire body itched from head to toe. The gave me benedryl( sorry for spelling) for but it made it worst. They gave me something else and it put me out completely out. I have begun using coca butter oil for the dry skin I developed after surgery, it has helped. Today the itching is gone.
