Sweets and Sleeve don't mix!

Oh my God i just had 1/2 cup of rice pudding and i feel like dying!!! the sugar makes me so sick that it's not worth satisfying my sweet tooth!!! what can I do to feel better right now? besides not eating sweets for the rest of my life ever again!!! :(

That happened to me twice when I ate a bowl of cereal with splender and when I ate some sweet potatoe pie. I hated the feeling. I just opened up all the window because I was hot and sweaty. Then I slept it off. I am learning what not to do. Sorry hope you feel better.

That is interesting. I ate a small piece of peanut butter fudge a couple days ago and wondered if it would cause me issues. It did not. I suppose it was because it was small?
