  1. Greek has more protein that regular yogurt. But check your label as many of them are full of sugar. You will want to choose the one's that are not so heavy in calories.
  2. That is interesting. I ate a small piece of peanut butter fudge a couple days ago and wondered if it would cause me issues. It did not. I suppose it was because it was small?

    Sounds like a good lesson for anyone who travels. Do you think it was the quantity of food you ate that caused the issue, the rate you consumed it, or how it was prepared? I imagine fish and chips as deep fried.
