  2. Ust wanted to put a plug in for my fitness pal- if you've got a phone that gets apps, it is so worth it. Gets my meals n snacks all counted and organized and my exercises. Love it.
  3. Those r supposed to be healthier cause it is 100% juice or fruit added, but that's sugary.

  5. I absolutely hate saying this, but I'd be so strict on pre-op and have a last day splurge while in Mexico.

  8. It is nerve wrecking, but you will be just fine. Just start preparing yourself mentally and physically for this surgery, I'm sure you'll get it!

  10. Great ?! The difference is sugar free has an artificial sweetener or defined as sugar less than .5 per serving. No sugar added means it has a natural sugar- like apple juice is naturally sweet, that's why juice is a no no

  12. It's a struggle and my love was carbs as well. I got cranky day 3-5 of diet cause that's when my body sai 'oh, snap, she's not going to feed us the good stuff.' but as trying as it was, it was so worth it. Just take a deep breath (try not to smack the mouthy kids) and ride your stress away. You'll do great, love

    Ask ur surgeon. Im on the ring as well for months and my surgeon said it was fine to leave it in. I had no complications or bad stuff happen and I feel great. It's like I didn't have either done I just eat less now and most of its liquid protein
  15. It's usually from protein. Brush often- it will get better
  16. You gotta blend with ice- the colder, the better
  17. It is kinda like it. My NUT calls it the extreme Atkins

  19. Buy some taco seasoning and put water in there. Or salsa
