Nuva Ring

My surgery is July 3rd and this month I started taking Nuva ring. . . Can anyone tell me if I need to take it out prior to surgery or if I can keep it in. When I called the dr's office the nurse wasn't sure and he wasn't available. I am just impatient :) thanks!!

Contact the manufacturer and ask them - you should ALWAYS get the advice of the manufacturer when possible.

Ask ur surgeon. Im on the ring as well for months and my surgeon said it was fine to leave it in. I had no complications or bad stuff happen and I feel great. It's like I didn't have either done I just eat less now and most of its liquid protein
