  2. Congrats girlie!!!! Remember walk to get rid of the gas. And the pain meds are there for you, use them
  3. That's so stinking exciting!!!!
  4. Can't drink it, makes me soooo nauseated. And now I got to where I don't want it. I'm thinking of maybe a protein supplement... Like a vitamin... Does that make sense? Lol.
  5. I thought about the genie bra- how good is it? I mean would u buy more?
  6. Sports bras are easily flexible for sizes and provide good support for the girls
  7. Dang girl. Take it easy
  8. If pain meds don't help- go to the er
  9. Yes! They are similar... But the sleeve was much simpler and a lot less pain. All that gas is root cause of pain. Just walk, walk, walk
  10. Went n saw surgeon, I had failed diets before, met the bmi criteria, had history of obesity, and gloriously got approved quickly! Took me little over a month, start to finish.
  11. Nerves=normal. And they were able to fix your hubby's problems for no extra charge! If ur worried they'll find something wrong with u, don't be- theyll fix while u sleep, I'm sure you'll b fine though. No worries!
  12. She may make some signature healthy dishes now... But you're right, it will b hard, I know if my aunt did this- she would flunk flying colors. Food is so important to her. It's the dinner table that bonds her family and friends. But sometimes it isn't the act of eating- its of serving and bringing together. Having everyone happy and her feeling useful. My g-ma cannot cook to save her life, never could, but she will clean and do every dish in the house to contribute. As long as aunt has another outlet, she'll be ok. Maybe the psyche doc and nutritionist will see
  13. You'll be fine, get on ur clear liquids!
  14. Can I come live with you... You'll do so great! See ya on the other side
  15. Most surgeons give a relaxing agent before you go in... Ask and make sure, you won't care if the janitor wheels u into the OR
  16. I get usually about 400, but always less than 600. I keep a track to get into the habit or if I have a problem. I use fitnesspal on my phone... Very convenient
  17. Omg- id kill four midgets for some Mexican food right now. When I'm on solids- shrimp fajitas... Minus the shell...
  18. Make sure u got ur shaker bottle, blending device, vitamins
  19. Yes! I would kill for a taco or French fries... And Chinese... But I hope not being able to have it will hopefully make me stronger in the future, when I am able to have it, I may not want it
  20. Oh, love, it's ok, you just went through a big thing, your body, your hormones are trying to figure out what's going on. I usually say, I'm pretty sure I can have it, but I will check with my NUT that held all my nutrition classes and make sure. Don't worry though, I don't think she'll butt in again since you told her.
  21. Call and ask if they do have something sugar free. Maybe they'll have something good, just be careful.
  22. *unlike* but today is a new day. Confession is good for the soul- no get out and walk all those 10 French fries off
