  1. Wow I feel like I eat so much more than what everyone listed. And I feel like I eat all day long...I'm 11weeks out and down 42lbs. A little disappointed but better than nothing. Today I've had a hard boiled egg, 4oz of chicken salad with celery stalks, 4 pieces of beef Jerky, 1/2 cup of dry granola, 3 or4 pineapple chunks and I'll probably eat something else before the nights over because I just got back from Zumba and I'm always hungry after that. Am I doing too much? I've not really been sick except a couple times(eating too fast I think). Just feel like I should be eating less... That all equals 934 calories and 60g of Protein

  3. I may not yet be where I want today, but at least I'm not where I was yesterday.
  4. I am one month out...I am shooting for 60g protein, 600-800 calories, and my NUT said 120g of carbs. Does that seem high to anyone else? It seems like a lot to me. Also no guideline on fat. What are everyone else's guidelines/goals?
  5. I have not had a period in years thanks to Depo and Implanon. Since surgery however, I have been on it 6 weeks straight! Seriously?! Anyone else with affliction have any insight on it's ceasing?!?!
  6. I had 7 of them (9 is the serving size) so less than 80 cals and 5g fat...not too bad since I've had about 400 cals today and less than 30g carbs. I just need to be careful and only have them every once in a while! They also have 7g protein!!!
  7. Any thoughts on these as a snack? They have 0 carbs and only 80 calories. I love the crunch but also love that they mush easily in your mouth. I hope I didn't just find my slider!
  8. Sleeved on June 6th. At 9 days out I was down 16.7 pounds (yay). But now at 4 weeks I am only down an additional 10 for a total if 26.7. I guess I had it in my head that it would be more so a little disappointed. I know I can do better on my water intake...any other suggestions to pick it up a little?
  9. I have been on depo and implanon for the last few years and have not had a period that whole time...literally years. I am now 2 weeks post op and have been having one for the last week! Grrrr! This has to be related to the surgery right? Anyone else not have one then start? Does it last or do you go back to not having one at all?
  10. Two days post op here. I couldn't take the liquid pain killer YUCK!! so they told me I could take Tylenol. Did it with no problem just made sure I took them one at a time!
  11. I have been craving bologna! Of all things! I am 9 days post op and was jealous of my boyfriend for the first time tonight when he was frying sausage. It smelled do good. Can't wait for mushies!
  12. Can we have these on pureed stage 3 if we mash them or should they wait for mushy stage 4? Thanks!
  13. Im still sleeping propped up so I don't have as far to lean forward in the morning. It gets easier everyday (6 days out). Can't wait to be able to bend over though, that's my vice right now!
  14. Awesome! Thanks for the inspiration!!
  15. Awesome! Thanks for the inspiration!!
  16. I was sleeved 6/6. Not horribly sore but having a hard time getting my liquids in. Eating ok but water hurts a little...weird? Walking good and stopped all pain meds before I left the hospital. Just worrying about the liquids and looking forward to some variety in food in the next few weeks!
