I get usually about 400, but always less than 600. I keep a track to get into the habit or if I have a problem. I use fitnesspal on my phone... Very convenient

I too, use myfitnesspal on my phone although I've been slacking off that and I need to get back on track because it keeps me honest! I'm five months out and I can easily get up to 1200 if I'm not paying attention and letting myself snack on carb-o-licious things like cheez-its.

Ideally, I like to be 800-1000 calories a day.
