  1. Dammit I'm having a horrible day (friend died overnight, got little sleep, got into stupid but heated argument with coworker, went to run an errand for my mom and kept going the wrong way, then went to panerA to get some damn Soup and they took forever... Ok not forever but like 10 minutes to put soup in a to go cup) so I was just pissed and I had like five bites of bread and butter... And now I feel sick.... Why did I do that? Why did i think eating freaking bread would make me feel better? Free On another note I am down 65 lbs since 4-24-12
  2. Am I supposed to be able to eat 5-6 ounces of yogurt in one sitting? Or is that too much?
  3. Thanks everyone. I am definitely going to try your suggestions! I'll report back what happens
  4. Hello Ok so I was sleeved 4-24-12 weight loss has been great and everything but this past week my hair has changed... Not that I'm losing it or that it's thinning... But the top part of my hair... Like the front middle has become so greasy that it feels like I put a huge glob of gel in it. I've been using the same shower products and brushes and everything for months now... So today I changed it up and use a completely different shampoo and no conditioner. I blew my hair dry... And still sticky! It's like I pat the top of my head with my hand and my hand then becomes tacky Getting very frustrated... Can only keep my hair in ponytail or else it looks so greasy and as if I haven't showered for days... Any suggestions???!!! Please!!!
  5. I have like tailbone pain when I sit for a while...
  6. Ahhh. I see. Thanks.
  7. What is a slider food? Examples? Why bad?
  8. I chug like three to four gulps at a time. Sometimes I get a little pain. But its not bad. More lik feeling really full. Only lasts for 10 sec max. But it's worth it. Feels so good to chug again.

20 min on treadmill and 10 min on bike. No back pain. Felt great! Also my stall is broken and I'm losing again. Was sleeved 4-24-12 and I'm down 51 lbs!
  10. Kmbrlycool is my name On there
  11. I burp and hiccup all the time from almost everything I eat. It's pretty embarrassing... I have a desk job at a social service agency and my boss (who knows I had the surgery) said I was being disgusting. I got a doctors note stating that this is completely normal and there is nothing I could do to help it. That shut her up.
  12. Head hunger is normal and it stinks! I am about six weeks out now and I still Have bouts with head hunger although it has largely subsided... Which I have to say was such a major fear of mine... To continue to have horrible head hunger. I have also learned that if I do have head hunger and "must" have something I go for something healthy or Protein. Not to say I haven't made a few mistakes... A piece of chocolate... Graham crackers... But when I eat stuff that I shouldn't I almost instantly get sick... So I learn my lesson Good luck!
  13. She is just jealous and inconsiderate. Pay her no attention
  14. Hey. I started @ 370 before surgery. Surgery date I was 365. I had mine done 4-24-12. Now I'm down to 324.5 give or take a pound or two. I'd love to be a texting buddy... Have a texting buddy. 914-584-6133. Text whenever you want. : )
  15. I went for a long walk. Walked from my apartment through the complex to leasing office then went on the road and walked back (stopping at deli to get husband breakfast on way back)!!! And the best thing... No back pain! Feel very good about it. And I even did it in the rain!
  16. Ok. I guess it's not that strange then.
  17. I'm one month and a few days out from surgery. Besides the day after surgery in the morning that haven't done any blood tests on me. Is that normal? I'm thinking they should have done one by now...???
  18. Today is my one month anniversary
  19. This is my typical day. 10:30 about 5 oz of chobani yogurt (takes me an hour to eat) 12 or so I'll have a fruit cup about3 oz of peaches Then around 1 pm I'll have like a cheese stick or maybe another piece of fruit Then like 3 pm maybe another yogurt. Then 6 pm I'll have a few ounces of chicken Then 8 pm I'll have like five spoons of Soup And I'll prob get hungry again at like 10 pm I just feel like I am consuming too much.... I am trying to eat Protein for the most part although I am really enjoying fruit I eat to the point where I get full and stop. Sometims though I'm really enjoying what I'm eating and take a few too many bites... And I pay the price with very tight feeling in my stomach. I have still yet to throw up How many ounces of food should we eat throughout a day and how often should we eat?
  20. Ok so I stayed home from work today because I felt horrible in the morning (have my period). I've been so bored all day and I've found myself snacking... Mostly healthy like chicken breast or fruit or Greek yogurt... But then I had about 7 saltine crackers. I know I did it out of boredom and head hunger... I have food in the house that I'm supposed to eat... But I couldn't make myself stop! Now I'm completely full I guess what I'm asking is is it ok to mess up every now and then?
