  1. I am 3 1/2 wks out and have lost 18 lbs. I haven't lost anymore weight in the past 1 1/2 wks and am feeling very frustrated. Is this a good weight to have lost or do most people lose more by now? I am getting upset thinking that somehow I have messed up.
  2. So, it is something normal? I was afraid I had messed up somehow. I am so nervous about eating afraid I'll totally mess everything up.
  3. No matter what I eat, while I am trying to eat and afterwards I have a feeling like I need to burp and I also have a weird feeling in my throat that I can't explain. I am 2 1/2 weeks out and only eating the approved mushie foods. It's very aggravating and it makes me want to stop eating after only a few bites. Does this happen to anyone else? This happens no matter how fast or slow I am eating and I am not drinking before during or after eating either.
  4. Thanks!! I am not getting dehydrated, so I believe it is lack of food. I am only 9 days post surgery and am afraid to have to much. I am nerveous about stretching it out.
  5. Does anyone else get dizzy? I have been dizzy everyday since surgery.
  6. Everyone I have spoken to who is 9 days post surgery say they haven't been hungry. I do get hungry and am wondering if this is something bad. I have protein shakes like they say and am drinking plenty of water, but I still get hungry. Has anyone else started with soups or other soft foods this early?
