  1. Thanks for sharing guys, you don't know much this helps me! I started this thread b/c I have been at a stall for about a mon. I will be honest I don't do my protein the way I should and I wonder if that has anything to do with it. My doc informed me to eat something every 2 hrs. That has been hard for me and I feel like I am sabotaging my new tummy b/c I have not built up my metabolism. I hope exercise changes this stall for me. my HW was 261and I am at 220. I know I should not gage myself off of someone else, but before teading these post I felt like I should have lost more weight. I didn't look at the big pic and see 41 lbs is a big drop!!
  2. That is a lot od weight in such a short time! Congrats :-)
  3. That is so awesome! Great job!
  4. Hi! I was sleevef May 30th and I wanted to see the updates from others sleeved around that time. How much weight have you loss and what have been the biggest challenge?
  5. Please excuse the bold language! I have a question for the woman...sorry fellas I have a love hate relationship with my breast. when I was a teen I went to sleep and woke up in a D cup, now 11 yrs later I am in a 38jj. Whenever I lost weight prior my boobs barely changed. I would LOVE for them to go down during this transition but I still want something (my trademark) what are some of the changes some of you noticed when the weight started to come off? My fears are I will be 160 lbs w/ JJs or 160 lbs w/ As...ideally I would like to be 160 lbs w/ Ds or DDs...but realistically I know time will only tell...thought it would be an,interesting topic!
  6. I know a little redundant but 1 month down and 34 lbs gone!!
  7. Down 34 lbs from my highest weight of 261! 47 lbs from my goal weight of 180...I am hoping to be under 200 by the end of July. I am set to return to work 7/16 and can't wait to show off the new me! The last time I was 227 was in 2009. doc gave me the green light to exercise, so it should get better from here. I am having problems with my protein. I have been doing oh yeah but getting tired of the taste....any recommendations?
  8. I had the same prob with being able to consume a lot during wk 2-3. I thought I would never drop the weight if I could eat the way idid before surgery. When I went to my doc he told me to start self control to train my metabolism. Consume only 1/4 cup of food every 2 hrs and alternate. 2 pm have 1/4 cup of applesauce, then 4 pm drink protein, at 6 pm eat mashed fish, and drink water in between.
  9. Thanks guys for all the positive reinforcement!
