Love this thread! Favorite thing: getting out the shower, looking down at my feet, and seeing EVERTHING lol. Also when someone looks at my Drivers License and says "that's not you!" Less favorite thing: The stalls!

Hey everyone! I would love to see some before and after pics. Been in kind of a slump because I thought I would have loss more weight then I have by now. Something that always cheers me up is seeing and hearing all the sucess stories. Please upload some pics people :-)- Acne Breakout
Hey guys! When I went to my derm she informed me it generated from a few things: trauma to my body b/c it was major surgery, meds given Durning surgery, and dairy from all the protein shakes. she prescribe me ziana and Kenya (something like that) I used it for a few days and it helped in the evening but it would flare up surit the day. I stopped using it. My skin returned to normal after about 3 Weeks. For me it got worst day by day until it went away. Luckily for me it was gone before.I went back to work 7/13. Don't worry guys IT will go away!- May Sleevers
Thanks for sharing guys, you don't know much this helps me! I started this thread b/c I have been at a stall for about a mon. I will be honest I don't do my protein the way I should and I wonder if that has anything to do with it. My doc informed me to eat something every 2 hrs. That has been hard for me and I feel like I am sabotaging my new tummy b/c I have not built up my metabolism. I hope exercise changes this stall for me. my HW was 261and I am at 220. I know I should not gage myself off of someone else, but before teading these post I felt like I should have lost more weight. I didn't look at the big pic and see 41 lbs is a big drop!!- May Sleevers

Hi! I was sleevef May 30th and I wanted to see the updates from others sleeved around that time. How much weight have you loss and what have been the biggest challenge?- Breast, Boobs, Bubbies, Chest-L, Tits!
Please excuse the bold language! I have a question for the woman...sorry fellas I have a love hate relationship with my breast. when I was a teen I went to sleep and woke up in a D cup, now 11 yrs later I am in a 38jj. Whenever I lost weight prior my boobs barely changed. I would LOVE for them to go down during this transition but I still want something (my trademark) what are some of the changes some of you noticed when the weight started to come off? My fears are I will be 160 lbs w/ JJs or 160 lbs w/ As...ideally I would like to be 160 lbs w/ Ds or DDs...but realistically I know time will only tell...thought it would be an,interesting topic!- I Can't Believe It's Been A Month

Thanks!- 1 Mon Surgerversity!
Down 34 lbs from my highest weight of 261! 47 lbs from my goal weight of 180...I am hoping to be under 200 by the end of July. I am set to return to work 7/16 and can't wait to show off the new me! The last time I was 227 was in 2009. doc gave me the green light to exercise, so it should get better from here. I am having problems with my protein. I have been doing oh yeah but getting tired of the taste....any recommendations?- Afraid I Can Eat More Than I Should
I had the same prob with being able to consume a lot during wk 2-3. I thought I would never drop the weight if I could eat the way idid before surgery. When I went to my doc he told me to start self control to train my metabolism. Consume only 1/4 cup of food every 2 hrs and alternate. 2 pm have 1/4 cup of applesauce, then 4 pm drink protein, at 6 pm eat mashed fish, and drink water in between.- Yaay For Noticeable Progress!
Thanks guys for all the positive reinforcement!- Yaay For Noticeable Progress!
So my daughter just had a recital, and the family decided to go McDonalds for dinner. I am almost 4 Wks post (wow time flyz) and a month ago I would of ordered 2 meals. 2 Weeks ago I would of had too much head hunger to even be in the restaurant. Now I can sit and not even care or be tempted. - 1St Full Body Pic! Down 60
