Great question!

Anything you can eat quickly, that does not take up much room in your sleeve allowing you to eat larger quantities without feeling full. They usually don't take lone to digest and flow easily out of the stomach into your intestines allowing you to eat more and more calories. i.e. chips, cookies, candy, crackers, mashed potatoes, ice cream, soft breads, cakes, donuts, etc.

Thank you. :)
