  14. The same thing happened tome when I was on the 6 mos diet, I didn't loose weight. I had surgery July 10 and am down 35 lbs and feeling great. Hang in there.
  15. I used to drive myself nuts by weighing my self all the time. What I try to do now is only weigh myself once month. I am almost 6 weeks out and have lost 30 lbs and feeling great.
  16. My doctor recommended to take two weeks off work. I would suggest rescheduling . I felt fine after my surgery but I would get really tired and have to lie down. You also need to sip Water constantly and that would be hard to do. Good luck with your surgery.

  18. I Am almost 4 weeks out and am on vacation with my family. We went out for dinner and I had an appetizer of fresh scallops. We are on the east coast so there is plenty of fresh seafood. It was delicious.
  19. After I ate applesauce I felt terrible, not really nauseus more like anxiety my heart was beating really fast. Then I threw up. Does anyone have a way to deal with these terrible symptoms?
  20. I would call your doctor just to be sure everything is ok. I called my doctor right after and they didn't mind.
  21. THey said I can have hummus and PB at day 10. does anyone know how much is a serving
  22. I had surgery 6 days ago. I would call my doctor about the bleeding and the pain. They should be able to help.
  23. Any ideas on crushing medicine? I take lipitor , metformin and trazpdone. they all taste horrible mixed with Jello.
  24. Had surgery July 10. I am having trouble getting enough fluids in. I was told to only drink 4 oz in an hour. I have added soup and yogurt. I should have 64 oz of fluids per day which is 13 4 oz servings. I don't have enough hours.
