I do my atigal in SF pudding. My prilosec I just open and swallow the little beads with water - there is no flavor to them. I think this is the part that I dislike the most about the surgery.

Are you still crushing pills? I don't crush mine anymore. I'm not really sure if that's the right thing to do or not, but I haven't had any problems from swallowing them without crushing them.

Any ideas on crushing medicine?

there are certain pills that you are not supposed to crush/cut. it loses some of of is potency

be careful - the" medicine police" are always out there checking on people that are breaking the rules :D

I never did have a problem with swallowing my pills, but when i was in hospital they did crush into my applesause - wan't too bad

Afer some time passes, many people don't need their diabetes meds with the help of the sleeve. losing weight (i'm one of those lucky ones) ;)

Maybe you won't need to take metforman, or other medication for certain problems (or a reduction ). i don't have to take my B/P medicine either :)
