I am officially 13 months out, and the scale will NOT budge. Actually it did last week. It went up a pound!!!! I just about had a heart attack lol!! Toady I decided to remind myself what this journey is all about. I needed a reminder of what I have accomplished thus far. I need to keep a positive outlook, I need to stay focus and stay away from the scale

I have not loss not ONE pound since the last time I was here :ph34r: Last week I actually GAINED A POUND How?!? I don't even know lol!! Yet, I look slimmer....how weird is that?! Now in the past, I would've gone off track and use this stall as an excuse to eat my face off. Thanks to my sleeve( praise the Lord), I am able to stay in the game and not over do it!!! STAY STRONG FRIENDS :wub:

I went from a size 12W to size 11! I had to buy new shoes within six weeks of having surgery.

same here!! mine had streristrips over it....by the time they fell off, the site was completely closed and healed.

YAY!!! well maybe you can share with me your findings?! The ladies used Dr. Walkiris Robles ( not sure if it is correct spelling ) and I did find another one that I really liked, but she will only do one procedure at a time.

And I would be sure to put it out there that she was going to have done but got denied, and that is the reason she is talking. Also, they know you are having surgery, but that is all they know. Don't share anything else. I drove them CRAZY at work lol!! I kept my answers so general that they wanted to do to me, what you described you wanted to do to her lol!!" How much did you lose? me: not enough or nothing so far" " You still look the same me: sucks right?!" THEY HATE that lol!! Now that you know she can't be trusted, don't tell her anything. How stupid of her! Now instead of being part of your journey and learned through you, she has lost her greatest support and ally!! The best revenge, is to let her watch you live her dream in silence:)

I have been looking into plastic surgery since three months post op!! I got two great referrals in the West Palm beach area. For a BL/BA and TT( on weight loss patients, I was told they have to do body contouring. Not the same as a simple TT) the total came to $17,000 and $19,000. And I'll still need to do my arms and inner thighs. THERE IS NO WAY I can come up with that. Then in my support group, two ladies came back from having their surgery in DR!! I approached them and they shared with me what they had done, Full TT, BL/BA. Total cost $ 4,500.00 Guess where I am going next year?!
