When To Expect My First Stall?
This is the thing we must all remember. WE CAN'T STAY HEAVY EATING SO LITTLE OF THE RIGHT FOOD. Stalls are temporary. Though they P*SS us all off, it's essential for our bodies to catch up. I hit mine at just over 2 weeks out. It lasted almost 2 weeks. In that time my husband hid the scale and told me only once a week will I weigh. I thank him now. Was mad then. As long as you're not sucking down milkshakes and eating m&m's, you'll lose wight. Relax, enjoy the new experiences. You'll look back and laugh. (At least that's what I tell myself lol)

I Feel Sick All Day
You have to take your nexium. It helps so so much. I missed my dose of acid reducer (Previcid) and by the end of the day I though my throat was on fire and kept coughing. It settles the acids in your stomach which will in turn sooth your stomach lol. A day or two of liquids may help as well. You can do it.

I Feel Sick All Day
Are you on anything for acid is going to be my first question. Your stomach acid makes different people feel different things. Some hunger, some nausea. Second, are you getting enough water/fluids? This is critical. From a post earlier this week someone mentioned feeling nauseous in the mornings, as did I. I thought it was from being empty, but another member said try drinking before bed. It worked. 2 days, no nausea. Lastly, I don't know what stage foods you are on, but maybe take it back for a few days and try again, one food at a time. Your stomach may be rebelling against a harder food. I hate that you're not feeling well, but I promise, it does get better.

No Breads?
Bread is loaded with carbs, it a white starch, it packs easily, and it doesn't keep you full long... So it's kinda void in our world. Wasted calories and carbs.

How Did You Feel 3 Days After The Op?
You will be tired. That's a given. But I found the more I walked, the better. There should be still some mild pain. I had pulled a muscle in my chest trying to keep from hurting my stomach, so I was dealing with that. Other than that, not horrible. Just really tired.

Help
If you over eat, your sleeve will tell you. It will get rid of it, and not in a pleasant way lol. As for stretching... You didn't do that either. The part of the stomach that is left in there isn't like the part they took out. It's firmer muscle and doesn't give as easily. With you being only a few weeks out it would have hurt you before it stretched too much. Unless you are in pain or throwing up, relax. Just watch portions, don't drink 30 minutes before, during or 30 minutes after you eat. You should be fine. Eat slow and listen to you body.

Major Migraine! What Can I Take?
They allow me Tylenol. It doesn't mess with the liver as much.

It's Been A Month....
Wow... Honey. Just breath. First, I'll say this. Don't get down on yourself. Weight isn't going to just magically disappear. I know it's discouraging. I know at first I expected to wake up every other morning down 5 pounds. Some may, but I've had to fight every pound off. I know after going through something in monumental that results are prayed to be quick. How much do you have to lose? That has a lot to do with it. Are you drinking enough? I noticed the more I got my water in the better. I bet if you were to look in the mirror you'd notice physically you are different. Face and neck thinner? Stomach flatter? Thighs skinner? Take comfort in those things while the weight is being stubborn and let your mind rest.

Starving
I am sorry you are hungry. That does stink. I was on a liquid preop diet. So I don't know what it would be like to go though with still eating food. I actually think the liquid would be easier. Only because with food still going into your stomach it never has time to get numb from lack of food lol. My only suggestion would be lots of SF Popsicle and Jello. Keep it up. You can do it. It is definitely worth it in the end.

Lady Nsv- May Be Tmi Lol
Ok, so this morning I was doing my normal post workout shower. Planned on going swimming tonight and shaved as well. I shave EVERYTHING. For the first time in maybe in 10 years I was able to SEE what I was shaving... Not just by feeling. Had to share. Figured some would understand my excitement. lol

The Downside Of Weight Loss..
I see where you're coming from. Mine is I had so much negative that this one thing is now something I can control... Finally. I disliked myself so much that there was nowhere to go but up. I was the funny fat girl laughing through my pain. Still am. So I get it.

The Downside Of Weight Loss..
I'm ok with all of that. I went into this eyes wide open, researched the hell out of this. My expectations are high, but that's because this is the first time I've jumped whole hearted into this. Yes I know I'll have naked issues until I can afford the thousands it will cost to nip, tuck, lift, and fill.... But I'm worth it. And a size 10 is my dream. Own it. You did this. Be proud

Srry If Its Random...i'm Just Really Annoyed!
Is this a normal action for him? Are you in the mood and he's not? That's an important question just because if he isn't usually the instigator than you can't expect holidays to change it. I can tell you this personally.

Nervous And Worried I Won't Be Able To Commit
Of course.. Everyday until I had it. We all were scared. But what got me through was the thought that one day the person I know is on the inside will be on the outside. A better life. Happier. This tool that we have chosen has been the answer to my prayers. Almost 50 pounds down in 6 weeks. And I know it will stay off.

I Don't Think My Dr Was As Happy As I Was
Thank you guys. I needed to be validated on what I thought. And wasn't even adding the 10 pounds of Fluid after surgery I had to lose again lol. I owe everything to my stressful job, a SPRINTING 15 month old, and the fact that only fluids have passed my lips in 7 weeks lol. Had some chicken today... Let's just say "shades of gray" had nothing on that first bite lol. I may not be losing like some people, but this is my journey. I have to do it myself. With the research I've done, and the support of you guys, I think I have a good game plan. And a 46 pound head start :-)

I Don't Think My Dr Was As Happy As I Was
I was sleeved April 18th. So I had an appointment a week out and then today. Since surgery I'm down 26 pounds. Add that to preop, in 6 1/2 weeks I'm down 46 pounds. I am ecstatic. That almost 50 lbs off. He looked at me and was like "now you gotta start working on it. You need to workout and eat right. This is up to you. We want to make sure you get as much me your weight off in the first year. You gotta be accountable." WTF?! I get up 2:30 am 5 days a week to work out do at least an hour before work. I walk my daughter in her stroller when I get home. I hadn't chewed anything in 7 weeks and only ate 3 times a day. What more can I do? Only good part is I'm allowed food now. Do you think I took it wrong? Gah... Sorry guys... Needed to vent.
