  2. Since ur pouch is so small you don't wanna get full from just drinking water and not intake the nutrients required.
  3. I got sleeved a day after you. And I'm never cold and now I get cold pretty quickly.
  4. Wow!!! Thanks for the info. I'm sorta sad about the food. But hearing these things makes me happy. I got sleeved this pass Thursday April 5.
  5. Eating* FOr those of you that have been sleeved for a while. Can you eat anything? As like half a slice a pizza or half a burger or cpl of fries. I'm not saying to eat this junk all the time but can you eat once in a blue. I'm 4 days post op and I was sad thinking wow I won't be able to eat these things. But then my 1 year post uncle said he eats everything just very small portion. Like the other day he had half of one slice of pizza for lunch. So that made me better. Let me know guys thanks.
  6. I'm 4 days post op. I too was sad but I have 3 family members who have done it and they eat whatever they want just small portion. Of course when's it's unhealthy food once a week. My uncle eats one slice of pizza half of that cuz he can't fit anymore. He stays satisfied. So don't be sad I was sad too thinking omg never again am I going to be able to eat pizza or pasta. But you will be able to just small portion.

  8. i have a confession!!!! im sorta bored of broth, jello, crystal light over and over so i ate ONE goldfish cracker just one! just wanted to chew something! anyone have any confessions???

  11. I had surgery 4/5 and I'm doing pretty good too. There's nothing to be scared about. Sipping on broth and crystal light.
  12. I'm doing good. If you are scared dont be. Nothing out of this world. Just feels like I did a whole of sit ups. And the gas walk n it comes out. The pain killers are great. When you drink the chicken broth first time it's actually very soothing. Oh the jello feels good going down. No catheter since its an 1hr and half surgery just pee before you go in. Sorry typos I'm half sleep but wanted to let you guys know. So don't be scared there's. Nothing to be scared about I mean that from the heart.

  15. Tomorrow april 5 at 6:00am Im getting sleeved!!!!! Right now I just have a big headache. Tomorrow when they start preparing me for surgery us when I'll start getting nervous. Lol
  16. I was there 2 hrs. Yes hubby should go. You don't feel a thing. And probably can't go back to with you feel "lazy" all day cuz of the anesthesia. So after procedure wait an hour have some soup and take a nice long nap.
