  2. This is not the easy way out by any means. there is alot of work involved in using this tool correctly. Your children will be gone one day on to their own lives, this is your time enjoy it and do not feel guilty for taking care of yourself.

  10. It is head hunger, I had the same cravings I understand you are just asking. It does get better. Once you are able to start mushies you will feel better. Just do not give in try and distract yourself when you start having cravings. Sometimes when we think we are hungry we are thristy. Went to get my hair done to***ht my friend who is also my hairdresser told me I lost about half my hair I thought it looked thinner the funny thing I have been getting so many compliments on my hair recently .   22. Please think of the reason you made the decision to have the surgery. food is a bandaid for other issues. Remember nothing tastes as good as thin feels. Remember how you felt when you ate too much. It does get better I am 4 months out and have no regrets just hang in there.   23. Todays weight 185 was in a little stall need to excersize doing everything else I should be doing. I wanted my goal to be 170 think a more realistic goal is now 175 by labor day
  24. I am almost 4 months out and have a premier protein shake for breakfast everyday to make sure I get my protein in if I had to depend on only food I don't think I would get enough protein I aim for about 60_ 80 grams a day and usually make at least 70 Sent from my SPH-D700 using VST
