  1. I look at old pics constantly. I try eating vegetables and meats. But sometimes I grab some chips...subway sandwiches with mayo...resees..cookies...u name it.
  2. I'm 5 mos out and have lost 93 pounds. I'm not eating the best of foods but of course in limited amounts. I haven't gained anything but I've been really paranoid lately about gaining my weight back. Has anyone been dealing with that and how do I stay on track?
  3. It happens to me and I haven't had my gallbladder since 2005.
  4. Broccoli and cauliflower are good. But make sure you cook them soft and chew them good. And from what I hear...stay away from corn.

  6. This is a time in your life where you're going thru big changes. Some good and some bad. He cheated...he doesn't deserve you or your tears. I had a cheating and abusive husband but he wouldn't leave. So one day I got fed up and fought back and that gave him the shock of his life. Not saying for you to get physical but fight back by drying your tears and knowing that you made a great decision to change your life and don't let him steal your joy. Forgive him so you can move on and prepare yourself to be happy for you and then when you're ready...the one who was meant for you. Now on the other hand...until you get your appetite back make sure you take in at least 2-3 protein shakes per day.
  7. What's your secret. It will be a month for me Sept 6th. I'm down about 45 pounds which is great but I want your results lol.

  13. I had a urine test. I quit for 5 days so I could pass. Be careful though...I ended up with a blood clot after surgery. My Dr required me to have a filter placed bc of my history with blood clots and that saved my life so please don't smoke.
  14. I was about 11 days post op and went to Red Lobster with some friends that had already planned to go...I just wanted to tag along to get out of the house. While there I decided to get some lobster bisque...after 4 teaspoons I started having hot flashes and feeling nauseous...I was fanning the crap out of myself with the menu. It took about 10 min for me to feel normal again....
  15. Yes. I was like gatdamn. I'm just brushing and using listerine and chewing gum.
  16. Take your Lortab, sip water, walk and sleep. When you wake up do it all over again.
  17. My daughter woke me up with her laughter bc I was licking my lips and smacking in my sleep dreaming of food. And I've had a few food dreams...
