If you are clear to take shower, let the warm water washes the slough gently, pat dry, do the dressing and you should be fine. Don't take off the steri strip, monitor for elevated temp and drink your fluids. Make sure your hands are super clean ok before touching your dsg!

You need to try on protein sample to find one that you can tolerate. Don't buy huge protein pack just go with sample. Gnc, vitamin shoppe has different kind. Good luck

Am flying back home to Boston from fl after flaunting my ass daily on the beaches... Lol, now got on the airplane so tired I found myself on two seats sleeping comfortably.
