It will get better! It does take time to heal. I was so dumb about the whole thing, I thought it was just gonna be a minor deal! It wasn't.

Saturday was a bad one for me, I ate 600 calories worth of M&Ms!! Crazy!! I am back on track and I hope I dont do that again.

It is ok yall it is from the stitching from the inside. I had it for months, when the surgeon saw it he just clipped it off.

i had an experience just like that, but in a resturant!! Me and hubby went for dinner, and I wanted to try just one margarita, before my meal because I dont drink and eat at the same time. Well I tried to drink it too fast and I was zonkered!! It was over with as fast as it started but I was sick and sweating and out of it!! Yikes, now I drink very little and very slow!!

There are a lot of ways to handle the emotional aspect I google and read everything I can get my hands on. I find other things to keep me busy. I am not a giant success, I need another fill too! I have had two and am chomping at the bit to get the next one. I am stuck at a certain weight and some days it goes up one and I nearly have a fit. I am so afraid to fail at this too, but everyone says it will get better when we are adjusted to where we need to be. I say give it time and dont beat yourself up this is considered banster hell. Good luck and stay in touch. We can do this!!

mashed potatoes, cream soups, blended soups, soft scrambled eggs, cream of wheat, oatmeal, stuff you can smash and make mushy Oh yeah, you can eat soft cooked fish too. . I am sure that there is much more, that is all I have thought of.

And you will, I know you must have read all of us fussing over the same thing during our first months! I still have periods where I dont lose, and I am three months out. I am still getting fills so It goes good for a while then slows way down. Dont be discouraged just stay the course and you will see progress!

Alot of people get discouraged, at the beginning, but the truth is your are suppose to heal first and the weight loss comes after your band is adjusted to where it needs to be. Be patient and let your body heal.

gas X stips, help with the gas, and walking too, my doc told me the #2 would come when it was ready, and mine did, but some people use milk of mangesia. Most of us go through that. Hang in there it will get better.

Have you been to a seminar? you should it helped me make the decision. My surgeon, had a flat rate for people who's insurance would not pay. I got mine for 14500. One year free fills! Good luck!

I had a hiatal hernia too but it was fixed when they put in the band. It makes healing a little slower I think but its all good!

It is quite normal, and everyone banded that I know also gained once they went on real food, the loss comes after you get adjustments to your band. Relax it will get better.
