where is my restriction

Hello to all I've been banded in 10/7/2011 and only lost 52lbs I have a 11cc band with 9 cc in it. Is it safe to get. More fluid my surgeon acts like it is. I don't have a real good restriction

Not Losing Much Need Help Before I Go Crazy

Hello everyone I was banded on 10/7/2011 I am only down 35lbs and So frustrated I just sarted a new workout program which is zumba 2 days a week and the gym cardio 2 days a week what else do I need to do? I have pretty good restriction I don't snack much but I will do a cracker or something no candy no bread. What to do plz

What Should I Do Please Tell Me

Hello I haven't blogged in a while thought I would have some good result pics to post but not. Please tell me the best way to get this weight lost thing going. I do have have some restriction but I can still eat bread, rice and noodles not as much but I have no problem swallowing is that good or do I need a fill. I just need to know what makes u lose steady weight mines always stop I am 4 months out and down 28 lbs what to do

Band Life For Me

Okay it's been awhile my laptop is down now I have an iPad yes lol well anyway I was banded on 10/7/11 and for the most part I was I was really upset and sometimes I still get that way I am down 27lbs which is better than ever but I should be less according to my Dr. I don't indulge in all that bad stuff but I wonder what am I doing so wrong. Plz help me out.

Stuck At Same Weight

Hello bandsters and Happy Holidays to all. I was banded on 10/7/2011 and is down abt 20 lbs i think it's more inches cause my scale haven't moved. I am so frustrated that my weight isn't moving I don't go overboard at all and I am active. Tell me what to do people i really need help this is driving me crazy I wanted to be 10lbs lighter by my b day which is xmas day. HELP HELP HELP oh I did have 1 fill and i go back next month i do believe I need another one but plz throw me some feed back plz.

hello i am 1 month post op and i am having an issue i was cut at my belly button area and that's where they inserted the camera but now it is a lil swolllen in that area and it hurts when i bend over not real bad but there is some isdiscomfortness there any one have an idea. i see my surgeon friday

Encourgement

I had to come to reality I was expecting a miracle I was banded on 10/7 and is down 10lbs I do believe that is slow but I know I couldn't do it without the band so i should be happy abt that. I do want a fill for more restriction when i go on 11/11 and I hope he gives it to me it will be my first appt after being band. I need to just relax and enjoy this journey and hopefully 3 months from now I will laugh at some of my post.

Ok I ate 1 chicken nugget and 1 french fry i am on my puree stage did i mess up plz forgive me it just seems like i have nothing to eat in this stage I just can't get with all the blending food plz help me

Just about a week post op

Hello bloggers I am now down 9 lbs But I did have it bad the 1st couple of days. Gas in my stomatch was so so bad but after a few gas x and a walk I started feeling better by the day. I do get headaches I wonder is that do to not being able to eat plz tell me. I really don't have an appetite and I am not that sucessful with drinking 64oz of liquids a day but I try. Any suggestions or tell me how you did your first couple of weeks post op Thanks

Was banded yesterday

Hello everyone I got my band yesterday and it was an success. I am very sore in my ab area but I suspect that. I have alot of gas and I wish they gave me a wrap for my area so I DON'T FEELL ALL THE PAIN IN MY MID SECTION. OH I NEED STRONGER PAIN MEDS. BUT I AM READY FOR MY NEW JOURNEY

Get banded in one week

So so happy my day is coming and I just can't wait to share my weight loss with everyone. I wish everyone the best and I hope i do as well as some of the people stories that I read. I am 255 lbs as of now boy I can't wait to feel the weight come off I am so ready
