Milk and a banana. yum!!

Milk, Banana, Peanut Butter powder(it has less fat and calories than jar peanut butter). I prefer the vanilla powder, you can do more with it and add different fruits and sugarfree syrups. You could add some coconut and almond favors to chocolate (SF of course and make a mounds)
