  6. I think I would wait for solid food stage, and watch out on the sugar free chocolate. Some of it is loaded with sorbitol with is a laxative.
  7. I had my tummy tuck 83 pounds ago, and I have had no issues at all. The good news is that the tummy tick keeps your midriff looking good as you lose the weight.

  17. Some say you can stretch it to 30 minutes, but yes, stop eating at that point. The stomach empties out after that period and if you continue to eat you are essentially beginning a new meal.

  19. So you learned something about yourself. No harm in the long run. Just return to the basics and bolster you reserved for the next holiday. You need to focus and serving sizes and chewing. The people around you will gorge, but as long as you eating by your rules, you are OK. Hope things get better next time this sort of event comes along. Don't weigh right away, you will only further torture yourself. You know what you did wrong, now stop and move forward!
