  1. Truth is not snarky.
  2. Glad you found a shake that works. No way could you stick to a pre-op that was making you sick. n Good luck. If you find powders that are ok for you, you might try almond milk as a base. The unsweetened is very low calorie and low carbs and provides the same consistency as milk based shakes.
  3. Over-eating not required on holidays. Eat you normal portions and enjoy. It can be kind to fun to listen to the aftermaths of those who gorge themselves, while you feel fine! BTW, Pumpkin is a fruit!
  4. Not this Bandster! I am living and loving LIFE as the new slimmer me!
  5. Thankfully, none of us did die! Common terminology would help!
  6. You can probably find chiildren's tylenol liquid? Maybe dissolve the tabs in hot tea?
  7. Yeah... you did. Sorry, sometimes the truth ain't pretty, but it is still the truth!
  8. ReadytoBand: If you react like that to all posts you are likely not to get much advise. CarolinaGirl is a great success and has helped me personally a number of times. NO ONE an tell you exactly how much you should lose. We are all different THANK GOD!
  9. FANTASTIC! I know the feeling well. First time I went shopping cause even my belts would not hold my pants up, it took me three tries to get the size that fit! Everything looked so much smaller than I thought I was! Congratulations!
  10. GREAT POST AJ!!! That was me at Thanksgiving last year, and likely to repeat again!
  11. And try not to get dehydrated. I would not take it myself.
  12. Weight and track everything you eat. There are lots of apps online to help you. Like FitDay

  14. A small serving of everything this year. BUT no potatoes!
  15. Not me... I have been skipping exercise and have now stalled out, maybe even gained a bit.

BUT, IF IN DOUBT ALL THE DOCTOR! PLEASE!
  17. I don't think popsicle or protein shakes qualify as meals? You can wait if you want, it is good practice for later!n Definitely wait after you start soft foods!
  18. Sorry babe... but after Thanksgiving is a cop-out! Do it now! Don't want to be mean, but SERIOUSLY? what you gonna do? Pig out on Thanksgiving? Get a grip!
  19. Careful with tea... caffeine can dehydrate you. Try decaf ginger tea too!
  20. BE careFUL! Don't want that fill to lead to a STUCK episode.
